1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum required information necessary to provide low-latency webhook routing:

• Account Identity: Your email address, encrypted password hash, and full name.
• Webhook Ingestion Payloads: Incoming TradingView alert packets (action, symbol, lot size, stop loss, take profit) forwarded immediately to your MT5 terminal. Webhook payloads are retained strictly for the purpose of your user audit log (30–90 days depending on plan tier) and are never sold or shared.
• Technical Telemetry: Device IP addresses, timestamps, terminal heartbeat pings, and browser user-agent for fraud prevention and latency diagnostics.

2. Payment Processing (PCI-DSS Compliance)

TradeLynk does NOT collect, store, or process raw credit card numbers or banking passwords.

All global credit/debit card transactions are processed securely through Stripe Inc. (PCI Service Provider Level 1). All Indian UPI and NetBanking transactions are processed through Razorpay Software Private Limited. Both gateways operate under bank-grade tokenization.

3. How We Protect Your Proprietary Trading Data

We recognize that your trading indicators, custom Pine Script strategies, and alert rules represent sensitive intellectual property.

• All webhooks communicate exclusively over Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / SSL HTTPS).
• API secret keys are salted and hashed using industrial-grade cryptographic standards.
• TradeLynk staff never inspect user trading payloads except during explicit customer support troubleshooting requested by the account owner.
• We do not front-run, copy-trade, or aggregate user signals for institutional trading.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential session cookies to keep you signed in to your dashboard. For affiliate attribution, we place a 60-day tracking cookie when a visitor arrives via a partner referral link. We do not use intrusive cross-site third-party tracking networks.

5. Your Data Rights & Deletion

Under GDPR and international privacy regulations, you have the right to request an export of your account logs or request permanent deletion of your TradeLynk account and all associated webhook logs. You can submit a data deletion request by emailing [email protected].
