Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 2026 • Effective Immediately
1. Nature of the Service
TradeLynk Technologies Inc. ("TradeLynk", "we", "us", or "our") provides order-routing and communication bridge software designed to relay alert webhook payloads generated by third-party charting platforms (such as TradingView) to trading software terminals (specifically MetaTrader 5) via compiled MQL5 Expert Advisors.
TradeLynk is NOT a broker, financial institution, registered investment advisor, commodity trading advisor (CTA), or asset management firm. TradeLynk does not accept client deposits, take custody of funds, clear trades, or execute financial transactions on its own account. All trades are routed to and executed exclusively by the user's independent third-party broker terminal.
2. User Eligibility & Account Security
By creating an account on TradeLynk, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to use automated software tools in your jurisdiction.
You are exclusively responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and unique API Secret Keys. Any webhook alert payload received and authenticated by your secret key will be deemed authorized by you. If you suspect your key has been compromised, you must immediately regenerate your key within your TradeLynk terminal settings.
3. Subscriptions, Payments & Free Trials
TradeLynk offers an unrestricted 7-day free trial for new users. No payment credentials are required to initiate the trial.
Upon expiration of the free trial, automated execution requires an active paid subscription (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise).
- Global Payments (USD): Billed via Stripe on a recurring monthly or annual basis until cancelled by the user.
- India Payments (INR): Billed via Razorpay either as a One-Time Pass (non-recurring 30-day or 365-day pass) or via UPI AutoPay recurring mandate, subject to 18% GST.
- Cancellations: Users may cancel subscription renewals at any time from the account portal. Access remains active until the end of the paid billing cycle.
4. No Financial Advice or Performance Guarantees
Any documentation, sample Pine Script code snippets, webhook syntax templates, or tutorials provided on TradeLynk are strictly for illustrative and educational technical purposes.
TradeLynk does not endorse, curate, or guarantee the profitability of any trading indicator, strategy, or algorithm. Past performance backtested on historical charting data is never indicative of future market returns.
5. Limitation of Liability & Technical Risks
Algorithmic and automated trading involves inherent technical risks, including but not limited to: internet connectivity interruptions, broker server downtime, liquidity gaps, slippage, TradingView webhook delays, or hardware failure on the user's host machine or VPS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, TRADELYNK DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL FINANCIAL LOSSES ARISING FROM FAILED ORDER EXECUTION, MISCONFIGURED STOP LOSSES, REJECTED ORDERS, OR UNAUTHORIZED TRADING ACTIVITIES.
6. Contact & Legal Notices
